ALTHEA GIFT CARD T&C | FAQ

Althea Gifts Cards are electronic gift cards available in 4 different currencies: Ringgit Malaysia, Singapore Dollar, Philippine Peso and US Dollar. The gift cards can only be redeemed in the currency store you purchase. For example:

A RM100 gift card can only be used in Althea Malaysia. 

A S$50 gift card can only be used in Althea Singapore.

A P1,000 gift card can only be used in Althea Philippines. 

A $100 gift card can only be used in Althea US* (Global Store)
* Ships to over 200 countries including the USA, UK, Indonesia, and Taiwan. 


WHERE CAN I SEND GIFT CARDS?


Step 1: Select a Store

Select a country store. The gift card will only be valid at this country's store, and orders made with it will be shipped from Korea to that country.

Shipping to over 200 countries https://us.althea.kr

* including the USA, Indonesia, the UK, etc. To view the list of available countries, select a country from the drop-down menu on the checkout page.


Step 2: Purchase the Gift Card

There are three different denominations available.Once payment has been made, the gift card will be emailed to you automatically by Althea.


Step 3: Share it with the recipient!

You may either forward or screenshot the gift card to share with the recipient so they can shop on Althea!

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Definition: Althea Gift Cards are Electronic Gift Cards and not physical gift cards.

  1. The purchase of Althea gift card does not contribute towards shipping fee waiver/ promotion. 
  2. Althea gift card may be applied towards any purchase made on the store in which it was purchased for.
  3. Althea gift card can be applied on top of existing promotions and discount code.
  4. Althea gift card is not refundable, exchangeable for cash or replaced if lost, compromised, or expired.
  5. The value of the Althea gift card can be returned partially or fully if the purchase is being refunded before shipping.
  6. The value of different Althea gift cards cannot be combined.
  7. Each Althea gift card has a validity date unless stated otherwise.
  8. Althea reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
