I never got my item after waiting over one month. The tracker doesn't work. For few items I bought, for less than RM100, it didn't arrived at all, had to email to customer service. After promised will follow up with updated tracker, it was still the same, the package was stuck somewhere, no sign of trace where it is. In the end, had to ask for full refund as it's too tiring to wait another few weeks. TERRIBLE shopping platform, claimed to be directly from Korea, SORRY, I buy from Shopee (DIRECT FROM KOREA) is even faster than you guys. So much of trying Innisfree, I will buy directly from INNISFREE themselves. WILL NEVER recommend Althea to people.
