Definitely has a thick consistency/texture as mentioned in description, so much so that i had difficulty trying to shake it out from the bottle. had to use a big amount to cover my whole face, which i don't mind, since it is quite difficult to shake out fro the bottle, i would like to finish it fast so that i can move on to the next new toner. Has light pleasant smell which is not too overwhelming
