removes waterproof makeup easily as it quite easily emulsify into milk upon contact with water. after which you'll need to clenase with a foam cleanser to fully remove the oil. i find that even after double cleanse (i use Senka) , i can still feel a bit of oil on my face. good point: so my face won't feel tight after double cleanse. nothing unpleasant, no breakouts for me so far but some night prefer squeaky clean skin instead :)
